Abstract

ABSTRAK PENGARUH MOTIVASI, KOMPENSASI DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PELAKSANAAN EVENT ORGANIZER PADA PT. GRECA BAWA KREATIKA Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi, kompensasi, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Greca Bawa Kreatika, yang berjumlah 35 karyawan. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu seluruh populasi (tidak menggunakan sampling). Data dikumpulkan dengan angket, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data diolah menggunakan SPSS versi 23,0. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan disiplin kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi, kompensasi dan disipin kerja secara simultan beperngaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu bahwa variabel motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan yang artinya mampu mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan, dimana ketika karyawan mendapatkan motivasi baik itu dari atasan maupun sesama rekan kerja maka kinerja karyawan itu sendiri pun juga akan baik. Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan artinya bahwa variabel kompensasi mampu mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan, dimana ketika karyawan itu mendapatkan kompensasi yang sesuai maka kinerja karyawan tersebut juga akan baik . Disiplin kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan artinya bahwa variabel disiplin mampu mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan, dimana ketika disiplin kerja karyawan itu baik maka kinerjanya akan turun. Hal ini disebabkan karena dengan disiplin kerja yang tinggi, para pegawai merasakan ketegangan dalam melakukan pekerjaannya, sehingga menimbulkan rasa tidak nyaman yang akan berpengaruh terhadap menurunnya kinerja pegawai. Kata kunci : Motivasi, kompensasi, Disiplin Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan THE INFLUENCE OF MOTIVATION COMPENSATION AND WORK DISCIPLINE ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE IMPLEMENTING EVENT ORGANIZER IN PT. GRECIA BAWA KREATIKA This study aims to determine the influence of motivation, compensation, and work discipline on employee performance. The population in this study were employees of PT. Greca Bawa Kreatika, totaling 35 employees. The sample used is the entire population (not using sampling). Data were collected by questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The data was processed using SPSS version 23.0. The data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that motivation and compensation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while work discipline had a negative and significant effect on employee performance. Motivation, compensation and work discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. The conclusion of this study is that the motivation variable has apositive and significant effect, which means that it is able to affect employee performance, where when employees get motivation either from superiors or fellow coworkers, the employee's own performance will also be good.Compensation has a positive and significant effect, meaning that the compensation variable is able to affect employee performance, where when the employee gets the appropriate compensation, the employee's performance will also be good. Work discipline has a negative and significant effect, meaning thatthe discipline variable is able to affect employee performance, where when the employee's work discipline is good, the performance will decrease.
