Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh manajemen talenta dan manajemen pengetahuan terhadap kinerja karyawan Kelurahan Marunda. Metode penelitian yang digunakan penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan strategi penelitian yang digunakan peneliti adalah strategi asosiatif/kausalitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dengan penyebaran kuesioner sebanyak 54 karyawan Kelurahan Marunda. Teknik pengambilan sampel digunakan dengan non probability sampling. Metode pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan structural equation modeling (SEM) penelitian menguji inner model, outer model, dan hipotesis dengan menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel daya tarik bakat berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 49.6%. Pengembangan talenta tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Retensi bakat berpengaruh secara positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 14.2%. Manajemen Pengetahuan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan sebesar 36.7% Kata Kunci : Daya Tarik Bakat, Pengembangan Talenta, Retensi Bakat, Manajemen Pengetahuan, Kinerja Karyawan ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of talent management and knowledge management on employee performance in Kelurahan Marunda. The research method used in this research is quantitative with the research strategy used by the researcher is the associative/causative strategy. This study uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to 54 employees of Marunda Village. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling. The data processing method in this study uses structural equation modeling (SEM). The research tests the inner model, outer model, and hypothesis using the SmartPLS 3.0 application. The results of this study indicate that the talent attractiveness variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance by 49.6%. Talent development has no significant effect on employee performance. Talent retention has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance by 14.2%.
