Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja, komunikasi, dan beban kerja selama Work From Home terhadap kinerja karyawan di Krona Indonesia. Lingkungan kerja, komunikasi, dan beban kerja sebagai variabel dependen, sedangkan indikator kinerja karyawan sebagai variabel independen. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian asosiatif, dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, yang dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan software SPSS 25.00. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah karyawan Krona Indonesia. Sampel diambil dengan metode purposive sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 57 karyawan. Data yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa data primer. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan Google Form yang diukur dengan skala Likert. Secara parsial, lingkungan kerja dan beban kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, namun komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara simultan, lingkungan kerja, komunikasi, dan beban kerja selama Work From Home berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Krona Indonesia This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment, communication, and workload during Work From Home on employee performance at Krona Indonesia. Work environment, communication, and workload as dependent variables, while employee performance indicators as independent variables. This study uses associative research, with a quantitative approach, which was analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS 25.00 software. The population of this study is Krona Indonesia employees. The sample was taken by purposive sampling method with a sample of 57 employees. The data used in this study are primary. Data collection techniques using Google Form as measured by a Likert scale. Partially, the work environment and workload do not has effect on employee performance, but communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, the work environment, communication, and workload during Work From Home have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Krona Indonesia.
