Abstract
ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh manajemen talenta, kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap komitmen organisasi Rumah Sakit Mitra Keluarga Kemayoran. Populasi dalam penelitian ini karyawan Rumah Sakit Mitra Keluarga Kemayoran. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner yang dibagikan ke 210 karyawan dari jumlah populasi 467 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampling menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik pengujian data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi uji validitas, uji realibilitas, analisis regresi berganda, koefisien determinasi simultan, dan uji t, serta uji f. Untuk menguji dan membuktikan hipotesis penelitian ini menggunakan program SPSS v 26.0. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa : variabel Manajemen Talenta yang terbagi menjadi keterkaitan bakat, pengembangan bakat, dan retensi bakat. Ketertarikan bakat dan pengembangan bakat secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi. Retensi bakat secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi. Kepemimpinan Transformasional secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi. KATA KUNCI : MANAJEMEN TALENTA DANKEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL TERHADAP KOMITMEN ORGANISASI ABSTRAK The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of talent management, transformational leadership on organizational commitment at Mitra Keluarga Kemayoran Hospital. The population in this study were employees of Mitra Keluarga Kemayoran Hospital. This study uses quantitative analysis. Collecting data with questionnaires distributed to 210 employees from a total population of 467 employees. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data testing technique used in this research includes validity test, reliability test, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of simultaneous determination, and t test, and f test. To test and prove the hypothesis of this study using the SPSS v 26.0 program. The results of this study prove that: Talent Management variable which is divided into talent attraction, talent development, and talent retention. Talent attraction and talent development partially have no effect on organizational commitment. Talent retention partially affects organizational commitment. Transformational leadership partially affects organizational commitment. KEYWORD : TALENT MANAGEMENT AND TRANSFORMATIONALLEADERSHIP ON ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENTS
