Abstract
ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara kompensasi, pengembangan karir dan, budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Balina Agung Perkasa secara simultan maupun parsial. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap karyawan PT. Balina Agung Perkasa. Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Balina Agung Perkasa yang berjumlah 173 karyawan sedangkan menghaslkan sampel 63 karyawan. Teknik yang digunakan untuk pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan simpel random sampling. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis kuantitatif yang bersifat asosiatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan antara lain kuesioner (angket), studi pustaka dan skala likert. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini uji validitas dan reliabilitas dengan metode statistik analisis data menggunakan software statistical package for social science (SPSS) versi 26.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh antara kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan secara parsial, Terdapat pengaruh antara pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja karyawan secara parsial, Terdapat pengaruh antara budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan secara parsial. ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation, career development and organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Balina Agung Perkasa simultaneously or partially. The research was conducted on employees of PT. Balina Agung Mighty. The population used in this study were all employees of PT. Balina Agung Perkasa with a total of 173 employees, while the sample is 63 employees. The technique used for sampling in this study used simple random sampling. This type of research uses quantitative analysis techniques that are associative. Data collection techniques used include questionnaires (questionnaire), literature study and Likert scale. The data analysis method used in this study was to test the validity and reliability with statistical methods of data analysis using the statistical package for social science (SPSS) software version 26.0. The results of this study are that there is no partial effect of compensation on employee performance. There is a partial influence of career development on employee performance. There is partial influence of organizational culture on employee performance.
