Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Demokratis, Kepuasan Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Turnover Intentions. Variabel Independen pada penelitian ini yaitu Gaya Kepemimpinan Demokratis, Kepuasan Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja dan variabel dependen yaitu Turnover Intentions. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Citra Expressindo yang beralamat di Kota Bekasi, Jawa Barat. Sampel yang diambil menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling, dengan jumlah sampel 152 responden dari PT. Citra Expressindo. Untuk menjawab hipotesis penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif, pendekatan kuantitatif, yang diukur dengan menggunakan metode berbasis Koefisien Determinasi dengan SPSS 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Gaya Kepemimpinan Demokratis berpengaruh terhadap Turnover Intentions. (2) Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Turnover Intentions. (3) Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Turnover Intentions. Sedangkan hasil penelitian dari uji simultan disimpulkan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan Demokratis, Kepuasan Kerja, dan Lingkungan Kerja secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh terhadap Turnover Intentions. Kata Kunci : Gaya Kepemimpinan Demokratis, Kepuasan Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Turnover Intentions ABSTRACT This study aims to determine how much influence the Democratic Leadership Style, Job Satisfaction and Work Environment on Turnover Intentions. The Independent variables in This Study is Democratic Leadership Style, Job Satisfaction adn Work Environment and The Dependent variable are Turnover Intentions. This Reasearch was Conducted at PT. Citra Expressindo having its adress at Bekasi City, West Java. Samples taken using Purposive Sampling technique, with the sample number of 152 respondents from PT. Citra Expressindo. To answer this research hypothesis using descriptive research type, quantitative approach, as measured by using Coeficient of Determination method with SPSS 20. The results showed that: (1) Democratic Leadership Style influences Turnover Intentions. (2) Job Satisfaction influences Turnover Intentions. (3) Work Environment influences Turnover Intentions. While the results of research from simultaneous tests concluded that Democratic Leadership Style, Job Satisfaction, and Work Environment together (simultaneously) affect the Turnover Intentions.
