Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan kerja, motivasi kerja, reward, punishment dan komitmen kerja terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan KSO Terminal Petikemas Koja. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode data penulis menggunakan observasi dan kuesioner. Dari hasil uji coba instrumen yang dilakukan pada 100 responden dengan 26 item pernyataan dinyatakan valid dan dapat digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data pada sampel penelitian. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada gedung utama KSO Terminal Petikemas Koja yang berjumlah 134 karyawan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis koefisien determinasi dan teknik pengujian hipotesis (uji t dan uji F). Hasil penelitian uji t menunjukkan bahwa variabel pelatihan kerja berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja. Variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja. Variabel reward berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja. Variabel punishment tidak berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja. Variabel komitmen kerja berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja. Dan hasil penelitian uji F menunjukkan bahwa variabel pelatihan kerja, motivasi kerja, reward, punishment dan komitmen kerja berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap prestasi kerja. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job training, work motivation, reward, punishment and work commitment on the work performance of the Koja Terminal Petikemas KSO employees. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with the author's data method using observation and questionnaires. From the results of instrument testing conducted on 100 respondents with 26 statement items declared valid and can be used to collect data on the research sample. The population in this study were employees at the main building of KSO Terminal Petikemas Koja, totaling 134 employees. The analysis technique used is the coefficient of determination analysis technique and the hypothesis testing technique (t test and F test). The results of the t-test showed that the job training variable had an effect on job performance. The variable of work motivation has an effect on work performance. The reward variable has an effect on work performance. The punishment variable has no effect on work performance. The work commitment variable has an effect on work performance. And the results of the F test show that the variables of job training, work motivation, reward, punishment and work commitment have a joint effect on work performance.
