Abstract
Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh K3, Lingkungan Kerja, dan Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan pada Kantor Lurah Semper Barat, Jakarta Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan strategi penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, yang diukur dengan menggunakan metode analisis koefisien determinasi dengan bantuan SPSS versi 26. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh Karyawan Kantor Lurah Semper Barat, Jakarta Utara, yaitu 138 orang. Sampel ditentukan berdasarkan metode purposive sampling dengan rumus slovin, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 103. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metoda kuesioner dan observasi. Pengujian hipotesis pada penelitian ini dengan menggunakan uji t dan uji f. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa secara parsial K3 tidak berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada Kelurahan Semper Barat, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada Kelurahan Semper Barat, gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Kelurahan Semper Barat. Hasil penelitian secara simultan K3, lingkungan kerja, dan gaya kepemimpinan terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada Kelurahan Semper Barat, Jakarta Utara. Kata Kunci : Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3), Lingkungan Kerja, Gaya Kepemimpinan, dan Kepuasan Kerja. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of OSH, work environment, and leadership style on employee job satisfaction at Kantor Lurah Semper Barat, Jakarta Utara. This research uses associative strategy with a quantitative approach, which is measured using the coefficient of determination method use SPSS version 26. The population of this study were all employees of Kantor Lurah Semper Barat, namely 138 peoples. The sample was determined based on the purposive sampling method with the slovin formula, with a total of 103 respondents. The data used in this study are primary data. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and observation methods. Hypothesis testing are using t-test and f-test. The results of the study prove that partially OSH has no positive and no significant effect on job satisfaction of employee at Kelurahan Semper Barat, work environment has positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of employee at Kelurahan Semper Barat, leadership style also has positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of employee at Kelurahan Semper Barat. The results simultaneously prove that OSH, work environment, and leadership style have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of employee at Kelurahan Semper Barat, Jakarta Utara.
