Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja Driver Gojek di Jakarta Timur. Metode yang digunakan adalah asosiatif kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, Metode survei dilakukan dengan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan datanya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Driver Gojek di Jakarta Timur. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 80 orang. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah SmartPLS versi 3.2.9. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara Variabel Bebas (X) yaitu Kompensasi, Motivasi Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja dengan Variabel Terikat (Y) yaitu Kinerja Driver Gojek. Dapat dilihat bahwa nilai R sebesar 0,789 atau 78,9%. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of compensation, work motivation and work discipline on the performance of Gojek drivers in East Jakarta. The method used causal associative with a quantitative approach. The survey method is carried out using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The population in this study is Gojek Drivers in East Jakarta. The sample used is 80 people. The analytical tool used is SmartPLS version 3.2.9. The results of this study show that affected between the independent variable (X) namely Compensation, Work Motivation and Work Discipline with the dependent variable (Y), namely Gojek Driver Performance. It can be seen that the R value is 0.789 or 78.9%.
