Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja, budaya organisasi, kepuasan kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap loyalitas kerja karyawan pada karyawan PT. ACT Logistic International Wilayah Jakarta dan Surabaya . Strategi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah strategi penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi dan sampel dari penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. ACT Logsitic Internatioanal Wilayah Jakarta dan Surabaya yang berjumlah 75 karyawan.Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner yang telah di uji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis yang digunakan adalah koefisien determinasi, uji T menggunakan program SPSS versi 25.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Disiplin Kerja dan Kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Kerja Karyawan PT ACT Logisitic International Wilayah Jakarta dan Surabaya, sedangkan variabel Budaya Organisasi, dan Limgkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalita Kerja Karyawan PT ACT Logistic International. Secara hasil untuk uji t bahwa variabel Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Kerja Karyawan PT. ACT Logistic International Budaya Organisasi, Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Kerja PT ACT Logistic International, sedangkan Kepuasaan Kerja berpengauh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Kerja Karyawan PT. ACT Logistic International. This study aims to determine the influence of work discipline, organizational culture, job satisfaction and work environment on employee loyalty to employees of PT. ACT Logistics International Jakarta and Surabaya Area. The strategy used in this study is a quantitative research strategy with survey methods. The population and sample of this study were employees of PT. ACT Logsitic Internatioanal Jakarta and Surabaya Regions, totaling 75 employees. Data collection techniques using questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The analysis used is the coefficient of determination, T test using SPSS version 25.0 program. The results showed that the variables of Work Discipline and Job Satisfaction did not have a significant influence on Employee Loyalty of PT ACT Logisitic International Jakarta and Surabaya Region, while the variables of Organizational Culture, and Work Environment had a significant influence on Employee Loyalty of PT ACT Logistic International. The results for the t-test that the Work Discipline variable has a negative and insignificant influence on Employee Loyalty of PT. ACT Logistic International Organizational Culture, Work Environment have a positive and significant influence on Work Loyalty of PT ACT Logistic International, while Job Satisfaction has a positive and insignificant influence on Employee Loyalty of PT. ACT Logistics International.
