Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah pengaruh Keselamatan Kesehatan Kerja (K3),Kecerdasan Emosional Dan Beban Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan pada masa pandemi covid-19 pada Klinik Fakhira utama Sawah Lunto dan Fakhira Kebon Baru Penelitian ini menggunakan metode asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, .Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diuji menggunakan program SPSS v 26.0.Sample pada penelitian ini sebanyak 49 responden yaitu karyawan klinik fakhira utama sawah lunto dan fakhira kebon baru.teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kueisioner yang seluruh variabel nya diukur menggunakan skala likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Keselamatan Kesehatan Kerja(K3) berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan,Kecerdasan Emosional berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan dan Beban Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan. ABSTRACT This study aims to examine whether the effect of Occupational Health Safety (K3), Emotional Intelligence and Workload on Employee Job Satisfaction during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Fakhira Utama Clinic Sawah Lunto and Fakhira Kebon Baru. This study uses an associative method with a quantitative approach. The data analysis technique used in this study was tested using the SPSS v 26.0 program. The sample in this study was 49 respondents, namely employees of the clinic of Fakhira Utama Sawah Lunto and Fakhira Kebon Baru. The data collection technique used a questionnaire that all of its variables were measured using a Likert scale. The results showed that Occupational Health and Safety (K3) had an effect on employee job satisfaction, emotional intelligence had an effect on employee job satisfaction and workload had an effect on employee job satisfaction.
