Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Motivasi, Kompetensi Dan Penguasaan Teknologi Informasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Di PT. PLN (Persero) UPT Pulogadung baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. PLN (Persero) UPT Pulogadung. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 135 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis koefisien determinasi dengan pengolahan data menggunakan program SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara parsial motivasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan penguasaan teknologi informasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kemudian hasil penelitian secara simultan menunjukan motivasi, kompetensi dan penguasaan teknologi informasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, competence and mastery of information technology on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) UPT Pulogadung either partially or simultaneously. The method used in this study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees of PT. PLN (Persero) UPT Pulogadung. The sample in this study were 135 respondents. Data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires. The data analysis method used is the analysis of the coefficient of determination with data processing using the SPSS version 25 program. The results showed that partially motivation had no effect on employee performance, competence had a significant effect on employee performance and mastery of information technology had a significant effect on employee performance. Then the results of the study simultaneously showed that motivation, competence and mastery of information technology had a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
