Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Kompensasi dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan PT. Pos Indonesia Bekasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif serta data yang diperoleh menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Penelitian ini diperoleh populasi sebesar 253 karyawan dan diperoleh sampel 72 responden menggunakan rumus slovin dengan tingkat kesalahan 10%. Penelitian ini munggunakan bantuan SPPS Versi 25.00. Dari hasil uji instrument pada 72 responden masing-masing variabel pada kuesioner dinyatakan valid dan reliabel. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah koefisien determinasi, Uji T dan Uji F. Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa lingkungan kerja karyawan di PT. Pos Indonesia Bekasi mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kompensasi di PT. Pos Indonesia Bekasi mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja dan Disiplin kerja di PT. Pos Indonesia Bekasi mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. Serta secara simultan penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa lingkungan kerja, kompensasi dan disiplin kerja di PT. Pos Indonesia Bekasi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. ABSTRACK This study aims to determine the effect of work environment, compensation and work discipline on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Pos Indonesia Bekasi. This study uses quantitative methods and the data obtained using observations, interviews and questionnaires. This study obtained a population of 253 employees and obtained a sample of 72 respondents using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 10%. This study uses the help of SPPS Version 25.00. From the results of the instrument test on 72 respondents, each variable on the questionnaire was declared valid and reliable. The analysis technique used is the coefficient of determination, T test and F test. This study shows that the work environment of employees at PT. Pos Indonesia Bekasi has an influence on job satisfaction. Compensation at PT. Pos Indonesia Bekasi has an influence on job satisfaction and work discipline at PT. Pos Indonesia Bekasi has an influence on job satisfaction. And simultaneously this research shows that the work environment, compensation and work discipline at PT. Pos Indonesia Bekasi has an effect on job satisfaction.
