Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Pelatihan, dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Persepsi Kinerja Karyawan PT Akashi Wahana Indonesia area Karawang.Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan strategi asosiatif. Metode survei melalui kuesioner digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 144 orang. Sampel ditentukan dengan metode purposive sampling. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS versi 24 melalui uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji koefisien determinasi parsial dan simultan, dan pengujian hipotesis parsial dan simultan. Hasil penelitian menyatakan: (1) Budaya Organisasi memiliki pengaruh terhadap Persepsi Kinerja Karyawan; (2) Pelatihan memiliki pengaruh terhadap Persepsi Kinerja Karyawan; dan (3) Lingkungan Kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap Persepsi Kinerja Karyawan. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Culture, Training, and Work Environment on Employee Performance Perceptions of PT Akashi Wahana Indonesia in the Karawang area. This research uses quantitative research with associative strategy. The survey method through questionnaires was used in this study with a total sample of 144 people. The sample was determined by purposive sampling method. Data analysis in this study was carried out with the help of SPSS version 24 application through validity test, reliability test, partial and simultaneous determination coefficient test, and partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing. The results of the study stated: (1) Organizational Culture has an influence on Employee Performance Perceptions; (2) Training has an influence on Employee Performance Perceptions; and (3) the work environment has no influence on employee performance perceptions.
