Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perubahan gaya kepemimpinan di Klinik Miracle serta untuk mengetahui motivasi kerja karyawan pada perubahan kepemimpinan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data observasi langsung serta wawancara dengan karyawan di Klinik Miracle. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan Gaya Kepemimpinan lama yang demokratis mampu menampung aspirasi dari karyawan, dan memberikan kebebasan pada karyawannya dengan tujuan menjaga kerja sama tim. Pada Gaya kepemimpinan baru yang militeristis pemimpin sangat tegas dengan karyawannya, dan belum mampu menampung aspirasi dari karyawan. Motivasi kerja pada Gaya kepemimpinan lama karyawan kurang termotivasi untuk mematuhi peraturan dan SOP yang berlaku. Motivasi kerja pada Gaya kepemimpinan baru karyawan lebih termotivasi dengan tekanan umtuk melakukan pekerjaan, dan taat pada peraturan. Perubahan gaya kepemimpin berperan terhadap Motivasi kerja karyawan di Klinik Miracle. This study aims to analyze changes in leadership style at the Miracle Clinic and to determine employee motivation in changing leadership. The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method with data collection, direct observation and interviews with employees at the Miracle Clinic. The results of this study show that the old leadership style is able to accommodate the aspirations of employees, and gives freedom to employees with the aim of maintaining teamwork. In the new leadership style, the militaristic leader is very strict with his employees, and has not been able to accommodate the aspirations of the employees. Work motivation in the old leadership style, employees are less motivated to comply with applicable regulations and SOPs. Work motivation in the new leadership style, employees are more motivated by the pressure to do the job, and obey the rules. Changes in leadership style play a role in employee motivation at the Miracle Clinic.
