Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah pengaruh motivasi kerja dan keresahan kerja dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai mediasi terhadap turnover intention (studi kasus mitra driver grabbike area kota Jakarta Timur). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mitra driver grabbike Jakarta Timur sebanyak 100 responden. Menggunakan teknik sampling jenis non-probability yaitu purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden dengan kriteria memiliki pengalaman kerja sebagai driver grabbike minimal 1 tahun. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif yang diukur menggunakan metode analisa outer model dan analisa inner model menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS (Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling) versi 3.2.9. Hasil uji t penelitian ini menunjukan motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap kepuasan kerja. Keresahan kerja berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap kepuasan kerja. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap turnover intention. Keresahan kerja berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap turnover intention. Kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap turnover intention. Motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap turnover intention dan kepuasan kerja tidak mampu memediasi. Keresahan kerja tidak berpengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap turnover intention dan kepuasan kerja tidak mampu memediasi. ABSTRACT This study aims to examine whether the influence of work motivation and job insecurity with job satisfaction as mediation on turnover intention (case study of grabbike driver partners in the east jakarta city area). The population in this study were 100 respondents of east Jakarta grabbike driver partners. Using non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling, with a sample size of 100 respondents with the criteria of having work experience as a grabbike driver for at least 1 year. This study uses a type of quantitative research that is measured using the outer model analysis method and inner model analysis using the SmartPLS (Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling) version 3.2.9 application. The results of the t-test of this study indicate that work motivation has no effect on job satisfaction. Job insecurity has a significant effect on job satisfaction. Work motivation has a significant effect on turnover intention. Job insecurity has a significant effect on turnover intention. Job satisfaction has no effect on turnover intention. Work motivation has no effect on turnover intention through job satisfaction as mediation. Job insecurity has no effect on turnover intention through job satisfaction as mediation.
