Abstract

This study aims to determine differences in employee performance before and after the training provided by Sushi Tei Kelapa Gading Branch. This study uses a comparative strategy with a quantitative approach. The data collection method in this study documents secondary data in the form of employee sales revenue obtained from beverage and dessert. The population and sample in this study were 22 sales employees who attended training. The method in this study used a paired sample T-test (Paired Sample T-test). Based on the results of the research analysis using the Paired Sample T-test which shows that there is a significant difference between employee performance before and after job training at Sushi Tei Kelapa Gading Branch. This is proven by the large value of t, which is -6.409 with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. Thus the hypothesis proposed states that there are differences in employee performance before and after training at Sushi Tei Kelapa Gading Branch. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan kinerja karyawan sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan yang diberikan oleh Sushi Tei Cabang Kelapa Gading. Penelitian ini menggunakan strategi komparatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini mendokumentasikan data sekunder berupa hasil pendapatan sales karyawan yang diperoleh dari beverage dan dessert. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 22 karyawan bagian sales yang mengikuti pelatihan. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Uji-T dua sampel berpasangan (Paired Sample T-test). Berdasarkan hasil analisispenelitian menggunakan Uji Paired Sample T-test yang menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan secara signifikan antara kinerja karyawan sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan kerja di Sushi Tei Cabang Kelapa Gading. Hal ini terbukti dengan besarnya nilai t yaitu -6.409 dengan taraf signifikansi sebesar 0,000<0,05. Dengan demikian hipotesis yang diajukan menyatakan ada perbedaan kinerja karyawan sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan pada Sushi Tei Cabang Kelapa Gading.
