Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kepemimpinan dan kompensasi melalui motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pada Pegawai Pemerintah Non PNS di Satuan Kerja Pengadaan Tanah Jalan Tol Wilayah I Pada Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 158 pegawai. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis SmartPLS, dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis Partial Least Square (PLS). Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi analisis outer model, koefisen determinasi, dan analisis inner model Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, (1) kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, (2) kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi kerja, (3) kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, (4) kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja, (5) motivasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, (6) kepemimpinan melalui motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan (7) kompensasi melalui motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan, Kompensasi, Motivasi Kerja, dan Kinerja Pegawai This study aims to determine how the influence of leadership and compensation through work motivation on performance of Non-PNS Government Employees in the Land Acquisition Unit for Region I Toll Road at the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing. This research method is a quantitative method using primary data and secondary data. The number of samples in this study were 158 employees. Data processing in this study used the SmartPLS analysis tool, and analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The analysis used in this study includes the outer model analysis, the coefficient of determination, and the inner model analysis The results showed that, (1) leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) leadership has a positive effect on work motivation, (3) compensation has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, (4) compensation has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. work motivation, (5) motivation has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, (6) leadership through work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and (7) compensation through work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
