Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kerja tim dan pengembangan karier terhadap pengembangan diri dan keterlibatan kerja karyawan di kantor pusat BPJS Kesehatan Jakarta. Strategi penelitian ini adalah asosiatif. Metoda penelitian ini adalah metoda survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan kantor pusat BPJS Kesehatan sebanyak 1400 orang dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 orang karyawan diperoleh menggunakan rumus slovin dengan tingkat kesalahan 10%. Analisis yang digunakan adalah SEM PLS penelitian menguji Inner model, outer model dan hipotesis dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menyatakan: (1) Kerja tim berpengaruh terhadap keterlibatan kerja sebesar 27%. (2) Pengembangan karier berpengaruh terhadap keterlibatan kerja sebesar 28%. (3) Pengembangan diri berpengaruh terhadap keterlibatan kerja sebesar 25%. Kata Kunci : Kerja Tim, Pengembangan Karier, Pengembangan Diri, Keterlibatan Kerja ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of teamwork and career development on self-development and employee work involvement at the Jakarta BPJS Health headquarters. This research strategy is associative. This research method is a survey method. The population in this study were all employees of the BPJS Health headquarters as many as 1400 people and the sample in this study was 100 employees obtained using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 10%. The analysis used is SEM PLS research testing Inner models, outer models and hypotheses using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of the study stated: (1) Team work had an effect on work involvement by 27%. (2) Career development influences work involvement by 28%.
