Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan, kompensasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja di Suku Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Kota Administrasi Jakarta Utara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei dan metode studi kasus. Penelitian dilakukan di Suku Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Kota Administrasi Jakarta Utara, dеngan pеngumpulan data mеnggunakan kuеsionеr. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan jumlah populasi. Jumlah populasi yaitu berjumlah 94 orang. Analisis statistik mеnggunakan analisis koefisien determinasi dan pengujian hipotesis. Adapun alat analisis menggunakan bantuan Software SPSS Versi 25.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial kepemimpinan terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai Suku Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Kota Administrasi Jakarta Utara. Secara parsial kompensasi terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai Suku Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Kota Administrasi Jakarta Utara. Secara parsial motivasi kerja terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai Suku Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Kota Administrasi Jakarta Utara. Secara simultan kepemimpinan, kompensasi dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai di Suku Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Kota Administrasi Jakarta. Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan, kompensasi, motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, compensation and work motivation on job satisfaction in the Manpower and Transmigration Department of North Jakarta City Administration. The research method used is a survey method and case study method. The study was conducted at the Manpower and Transmigration Office of North Jakarta Administration City, with data collection using questionnaires. The sample in this study is the total population. The population is 94 people. Statistical analysis uses the coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The analysis tool uses SPSS Software Version 25.0. The results showed that leadership partially proved to have a significant effect on job satisfaction of North Jakarta Manpower and Transmigration Department employees. Partial compensation was proven to have a significant effect on job satisfaction of North Jakarta Manpower and Transmigration Department employees. Partially, work motivation was proven to have a significant effect on job satisfaction of North Jakarta Manpower and Transmigration Department employees. Simultaneously leadership, compensation and work motivation have a significant effect on job satisfaction of employees in the Jakarta Manpower and Transmigration Office.
