Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklim kerja (ethical climate) dan spiritualitas kerja (workplace spirituality) terhadap deviance behavior intention. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif teknik pegambilan sampel yang di gunakan yaitu sampel jenuh, metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket (Kuisioner), jumlah sampel yang di gunakan sebanyak 32 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari pengujian menyatakan bahwa : Iklim Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Deviance behavior intention, kemudian Spiritualitas kerja berpengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap Deviance behavior intention. This study aims to determine the efeect of ethical climate and workplace spirituality on deviance behavior intention. The method used in this study uses a quantitative method of sampling technique used, namely saturated samples, data collection methods using a questionnaire (questionnaire), the number of samples used is 32 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the test state that: Ethical Climate has a positive and significant effect on deviance behavior intention, and then Workplace Spirituality has a negative and significant effect on Deviance Behavior Intention.
