Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan kepemimpinan transaksional terhadap kinerja karyawan serta dampaknya pada loyalitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Utama Raya Transporindo. Strategi yang digunakan yaitu asosiatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Utama Raya Transporindo yang berjumlah 50 karyawan. Adapun sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 40 karyawan yaitu karyawan yang sudah bekerja lebih dari 1 tahun. Teknik pengambilan data yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur dengan metode Partial Least Square yaitu menggunakan WarpPLS 5.0. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan untuk variabel kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, kepemimpinan transaksional terhadap loyalitas kerja karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, kinerja karyawan variabel yang memediasi kepemimpinan transaksional terhadap loyalitas kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, karena memiliki P-Value<0.05. Sedangkan variabel kepemimpinan transaksional terhadap kinerja karyawan, kompensasi terhadap loyalitas kerja karyawan, kinerja karyawan terhadap loyalitas kerja karyawan dan variabel kinerja karyawan variabel yang memediasi kompensasi terhadap loyalitas kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan , karena memiliki P-Value> 0.05. Kata kunci : Kompensasi, Kepemimpinan Transaksional, Kinerja Karyawan, Loyalitas Kerja Karyawan ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and transactional leadership on employee performance and its impact on employee work loyalty at PT. Utama Raya Transporindo. The strategy used is associative. The population in this study were employees of PT. Utama Raya Transporindo, amounting to 50 employees. The sample in this study were 40 employees, namely employees who have worked for more than 1 year. The data collection technique used was purposive sampling with a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. This study uses path analysis with the Partial Least Square method using WarpPLS 5.0. The results of the study concluded that compensation variables on employee performance had a positive and significant effect, transactional leadership on employee loyalty had a positive and significant effect, employee performance variables that mediated transactional leadership on work loyalty had a positive and significant effect, because it had a P-Value <0.05. While the transactional leadership variable on employee performance, compensation on employee loyalty, employee performance on employee loyalty and variable employee performance variables that mediate compensation to work loyalty has a negative and insignificant effect, because it has a P-Value> 0.05.
