Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi, disipin kerja dan kompensasi terhadap self assesment kinerja guru Yayasan Pendidikan Nurul Ihsan Duta Ilmu secara simultan maupun parsial. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian metoda kuantitatif dengan analisa deskriptif. Penelitian dilakukan di Yayasan Pendidikan Nurul Ihsan Duta Ilmu Pulo Gebang, Jakarta Timur dengan sampel sebanyak 51 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh yang merupakan sebagai teknik pengambilan sampel apabila semua populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Jenis data yang diperlukan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Data primer yang diperoleh dari responden melalui kuesioner, kelompok fokus dan studi literatur. Metoda statistic yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini bertujuan menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara simultan maupun parsial kepada motivasi, disiplin kerja dan Kompensasi terhadap self assesment kinerja guru pada Yayasan Pendidikan Nurul Ihsan Duta Ilmu. This research to determine the effects of motivation, work discipline and compensation towards assesments of Teacher Perfomance at the Nurul Ihsan Duta Ilmu Educational Foundation simultaneously of partially. This research uses quantitative analysis. The research was conducted at the Educational Foundation Nurul Ihsan Duta Ilmu Pulo Gebang, East Jakarta with a smaple of 51 people. The sampling technique used in this research uses a saturated sample which is a sampling technique if all populations are used as samples. The type of data needed in this research is primary data. Primary data obtained from respondents through questionnaires, focus groupls and literature studies. The statistical method used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this research to conclude that there is a significant effects simultaneously or partially on motivation, work discipline and compensation toward assesment of Teacher Perfomance at the Nurul Ihsan Duta Ilmu Education Foundation.
