Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi terhadap motivasi dan kepuasan kerja PT. Prima Multi Cipta. Strategi penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian asosiatif. Dengan metode Purposive Sampling maka jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 orang karena dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Jalur (Path Analysis) dengan menggunakan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian yang didapat: pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap motivasi sebesar 29,4%. Pengaruh kompensasi terhadap motivasi sebesar 43,6%. Pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja sebesar 13,6%. Pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja sebesar 24,4%. Pengaruh motivasi terhadap kepuasan kerja sebesar 60,7%. Pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja melalui motivasi sebesar 5,209, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi mampu memediasi lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja. Pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja melalui motivasi sebesar 4,340, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi mampu memediasi kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja. Pengaruh total lingkungankerja 5,503. Pengaruh total kompensasi 4,776. The effect of compensation on job satisfaction through motivation is 4,340, this shows motivation mediates compensation for job satisfaction.
