Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh work family conflict dan budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja dan turnover intention pada karyawanPT. Matahari Abadi Panganindo, Jakarta. Strategi penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang bersifat kausalistik/asosiatif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel jenuh dengan metode nonprobability sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 112 orang karyawan PT. Matahari Abadi Panganindo, yang diukur menggunakan skala likert. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian menggunakan software SmartPLS 3.3.3, dan diuji menggunakan analisis outer model, inner model, uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa work family conflict berpengaruh negatif terhadap kepuasan kerja, budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja, work family conflict berpengaruh positif terhadap turnover intention, budaya organisasi berpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention, budaya organisasi berpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention melalui kepuasan kerja, dan work family conflict berpengaruh positif terhadap turnover intention melalui kepuasan kerja. This study aims to determine the influence of work family conflict and organizational culture on job satisfaction and turnover intention of employees of PT. Matahari Abadi Panganindo, Jakarta. The research strategy uses a causal/associative quantitative approach. The sample used in this study is a saturated sample with non-probability sampling method. This study uses primary data by distributing questionnaires distributed to 112 employees of PT. Matahari Abadi Panganindo, which was measured using a Likert scale. The analysis used in the study used SmartPLS 3.3.3 software, and was tested using the analysis of the outer model, inner model, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study prove that work family conflict has a negative effect on job satisfaction, organizational culture has a positive effect on job satisfaction, work family conflict has a positive effect on turnover intention, organizational culture has a negative effect on turnover intention, and job satisfaction has a negative effect on turnover intention, organizational culture has a negative effect on turnover intention through job satisfaction, and work family conflict has a positive effect on turnover intention through job satisfaction
