Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja,motivasi,dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja perawat Rumah Sakit Yadika Pondok Bambu Jakarta.Strategi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah strategi asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh perawat Rumah Sakit Yadika Pondok Bambu Jakarta. Teknik pengumpulan sampel menggunakan metode sampling jenuh, jumlah sampel sebanyak 49 perawat. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang telah di uji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis yang digunakan adalah koefisien determinasi menggunakan program SPSS versi 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja, variabel motivasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja,dan variabel kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja . Secara simultan bahwa variabel kepuasan kerja, motivasi,dan kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja. This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction, motivation, and compensation on the performance of nurses at Yadika Pondok Bambu Hospital Jakarta.The strategy used in this research is associative strategy with a quantitative approach. The population of this study were all nurses at Yadika Pondok Bambu Hospital, Jakarta. The sample collection technique used the saturated sampling method, the number of samples was 49 nurses. Data collection techniques using questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The analysis used is the coefficient of determination using the SPSS version 24 program.The results showed that the job satisfaction variable had an effect on performance, the motivation variable had no effect on performance, and the compensation variable had an effect on performance. Simultaneously, the variables of job satisfaction, motivation, and compensation have an effect on performance.
