Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perguruan tinggi swasta dalam melakukan keberlanjutan, dengan perguruan tinggi swasta harus mampu menjalin hubungan dengan berbagai pihak diantarantanya sektor pemerintahan dan sektor swasta dan merumuskan tingkat kematangan keberlanjutan Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Indonesia agar mengetahui sejauh mana tingkat kematangan perguruan tinggi . STIE Indonesia dengan memiliki aspek yang berada pada tingkat satisfying atau memuaskan yang diantaranya Innovation and technology, Collaboration, Process, Purchase, motivasi dan insentif, kesehatan dan keamanan, pengembangan sumber daya manusia, serta perilaku etis dan hak asasi manusia berada pada tahap Sophisticated atau luar biasa. Pada tingkat elementary atau dasar yang diantaranya terdiri dari knowledge management, tidak ada kepentingan yang bertentangan, tidak adanya korupsi dan tata kelola. Namun perguruan tinggi swasta harus lebih fokus pada sustainability report, sumber daya dialokasikan untuk mendaur ulang, polusi emisi ke dalam udara, air dan tanah, peduli keanekaragaman hayati, masalah lingkungan dan keberadaan perguruan tinggi dalam tingkat Beginning atau awal. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dan mengukur data sehingga pada pembahasan diatas merupakan hasil yang di peroleh. ABSTRACT This study aims to find out private universities in carrying out sustainability, with private universities must be able to establish relationships with various parties including the government sector and the private sector and formulate the maturity level of the Indonesian College of Economics' sustainability in order to determine the extent of the maturity level of higher education institutions.. At the elementary or basic level, which includes knowledge management, there is no conflicting interest, there is no corruption and governance. However, private universities should focus more on sustainability reports, allocated resources for recycling, polluting emissions into the air, water and soil, caring for biodiversity, environmental issues and the existence of universities in the Beginning level. This study uses a descriptive type of research with a quantitative approach, by distributing questionnaires and measuring data so that the discussion above is the result obtained.
