Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Penggunaan Teknologi Informasi, Beban Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja selama mengajar pembelajaran dalam jaringan terhadap Kinerja Guru di sekolah dasar wilayah Kecamatan Pulogadung. Penggunaan Teknologi Informasi, Beban Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja sebagai variabel bebas sedangkan Kinerja Guru sebagai variabel terikat. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) dengan software Smart PLS 3. Populasi penelitian ini adalah guru sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Pulogadung, Sampel penelitian menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan sampel 99 guru sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Pulogadung. Data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan jenis data primer dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dengan media Google Form yang diukur dengan skala Likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Penggunaan Teknologi Informasi berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja guru sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Pulogadung, Beban Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Pulogadung. Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Pulogadung. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of the use of information technology, workload and work motivation during online teaching and learning on teacher performance in elementary schools in the Pulogadung district. Use of Information Technology, Workload and Work Motivation as independent variables while Teacher Performance as the dependent variable. This study uses associative research with a quantitative approach. The data analysis technique used SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis with Smart PLS 3 software. The population of this study were elementary school teachers in Pulogadung District. The research sample used purposive sampling method with a sample of 99 elementary school teachers in Pulogadung District. The data in this study uses primary data types with data collection techniques through questionnaires with Google Form media as measured by a Likert scale. The results showed that the use of Information Technology had a positive and insignificant effect on the performance of elementary school teachers in Pulogadung District, Workload had a positive and significant effect on the performance of elementary school teachers in Pulogadung District. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of elementary school teachers in Pulogadung District.
