Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, motivasi kerja, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada paguyuban UMKM pedagang ayam potong di Kelurahan Pulo Gadung Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan strategi penelitian asosiatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 45 karyawan paguyuban UMKM pedagang ayam potong di Kelurahan Pulo Gadung Jakarta Timur. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh. Metode pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas, reabilitas, koefesien determinasi secara parsial dan berganda (simultan), serta pengujian hipotesis secara parsial dan simultan dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS tipe 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) secara parsial Kompensasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, (2) secara parsial Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, (3) secara parsial Disiplin Kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, (4) secara simultan kompensasi, Motivasi kerja, dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, work motivation, and work discipline on employee performance in the MSMEs associations community seller chicken meat in Pulo Gadung Ward, East Jakarta. The research uses quantitave research with associative research strategy. This study uses primary data. The populations and sample in this study were 45 employees of MSMEs associations community seller chicken in Pulo Gadung Ward East Jakarta. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling. The data processing method in this study using validity, reliability, partial and multiple (simultaneous), as well as partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing using the SPSS type 26 application. The result of the study show that (1) partially compensation has a significant effect on employee performance, (2) partially work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, (3) partially work discipline has no effect on employee performance, (4) simultaneously compensation, and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance.
