Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh manfaat, kemudahan dan risiko terhadap minat bertransaksi menggunakan dompet digital pada masa pandemi Covid-19 di kota Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non probability sampling jenis purposive sampling dengan pengguna dompet digital di Jakarta sebanyak 100 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis linier berganda yang diolah dengan aplikasi SPSS versi 25. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebar lewat sosial media. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan penelitian membuktikan bahwa (1) persepsi manfaat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat bertransaksi menggunakan dompet digital, (2) kemudahan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat bertransaksi menggunakan dompet digital, dan (3) risiko tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat bertransaksi menggunakan dompet digital. This research aims to determine the effect of perceived benefits, ease of use and risks on the interest in transacting using digital wallets during the Covid-19 pandemic in Jakarta. The method used is descriptive quantitative. The sampling technique uses non probability sampling type purposive sampling with digital wallet users in Jakarta as many as 100 respondents. The study used multiple linear analysis processed with SPSS application version 25. The data used is primary data. Data collection techniques using questionnaires distribute through social media. According to the results and discussion of research proves that (1) the perceived of benefits has a positive and significant effect on the interest in transacting using digital wallets, (2) ease of use has a positive and significant effect on the interest in transacting using digital wallets, and (3) the risk does not have a effect on the interest in transacting using digital wallets.
