Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan komunikasi terhadap kepuasan kerja yang dimediasi oleh stres kerja pada PT. Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk Sub Divisi Proyek PLTU Palu-3 (2x50MW) Kantor Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan strategi asosiatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang diukur menggunakan skala likert. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk Sub Divisi Proyek PLTU Palu-3 (2x50MW) Kantor Jakarta. Metode pengambilan sempel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yang seluruh jumlah populasi dijadikan sempel penelitian berjumlah 55 responden. Dalam penelitian ini Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis jalur dengan bantuan software WarpPLS 8.0. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan (1) Lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap stres kerja. (2) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. (3) Komunikasi berpengaruh terhadap stres kerja. (4) Komunikasi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. (5) Stres kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. (6) Stres kerja tidak memediasi pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja. (7) Stres kerja tidak memediasi pengaruh komunikasi terhadap kepuasan kerja. The purpose of this research was to find the effect of work environment and communication on job satisfaction was mediated by work stress on PT. Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk Sub Division Project PLTU Palu-3 (2x50MW) Jakarta Office. This research used an associative strategy. The data collection method used a questionnaire which was measured by likert scale. The Population of the research was employee PT. Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk Sub Division Project PLTU Palu-3 (2x50MW) Jakarta Office. The sampling method used a saturated sampling which the entire population is used as the research sample totaled 55 respondents. In this research, the data was analyzed using WarpPLS 8.0 software. The results of this research concluded (1) The work environment had no effect on work stress. (2) The work environment had an effect on job satisfaction. (3) The communication had an effect on work stress. (4) The communication had an effect on job satisfaction. (5) The work stress had an effect on job satisfaction. (6) The work stress did not mediate the effect of work environment on job satisfaction. (7) The work stress did not mediate the effect of communication on job satisfaction.
