Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh pembelajaran online terhadap motivasi & minat belajar mahasiswa/i manajemen STEI Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan secara online menggunakan alat bantu dari google form dengan alamat https://forms.gle/ALPapVKDg5jFCDoN7 pada bulan Juli 2022. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa/i angkatan 2018 & 2019 STEI Indonesia, dan sampel yang digunakan adalah 100 mahasiswa yang terdiri dari angkatan 2018 & 2019 yang mengikuti pembelarajan online. Insturmen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner. Alat analisis data yang digunakan adalah SmartPLS 2022. Hasil penelitiaan menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara pembelajaran online terhadap motivasi belajar, hal ini menunjukan bahwa semakin tinggi variabel pembelajaran online maka motivasi belajar akan semakin meningkat. Dan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara pembelajaran online terhadap minat belajar, hal ini menunjukan bahwa semakin tinggi variabel pembelajaran online maka minat belajar akan semakin meningkaat pula. ABSTRACT This research was conducted to find out how the influence of online learning on the motivation and learning interest of STEI Indonesia management students. This research was carried out online using a google form at the address https://forms.gle/ALPapVKDg5jFCDoN7 in July 2022. The subjects in this study were students of the 2018 & 2019 STEI Indonesia class, and the sample used was 100 students consisting of class 2018 & 2019 following online learning. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. The data analysis tool used is SmartPLS 2022. The results show that there is a significant influence between online learning on learning motivation, this shows that the higher the online learning variable, the learning motivation will increase. And the results of the study show that there is a significant influence between online learning on interest in learning, this shows that the higher the online learning variable, the interest in learning will also increase.
