Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah pengaruh Burnout dan Job Insecurity terhadap Turnover Intention di tengah pandemi COVID-19 pada PT CITRA USAHA LAMINDO area Bekasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan model korelasi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT CITRA USAHA LAMINDO area Bekasi yang berjumlah 40 karyawan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 40 karyawan. Analisis yang digunakan adalah SEM-PLS penelitian ini menguji inner model, outer model, dan hipotesis dengan mgnggunakan software SmartPLS 3.3.9. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan: (1) Burnout memiliki pengaruh terhadap turnover intention; (2) Job insecurity memiliki pengaruh terhadap turnover intention; dan (3) Burnout dan job insecurity memiliki pengaruh terhadap turnover intention. ------ ABSTRACT This study aims to determine whether the effect of Burnout and Job Insecurity on Turnover Intention in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic at PT CITRA USAHA LAMINDO Bekasi area. This research uses quantitative research with a correlation model approach. This research method uses a survey method. The population in this study were all employees of PT CITRA USAHA LAMINDO Bekasi area, totalling 40 employees. The sample in this study was 40 employees. The analysis used was SEM-PLS. This study tested the inner model, outer model, and hypothesis using SmartPLS 3.3.9 software. The results of this study state: (1) Burnout has an effect on turnover intention; (2) Job insecurity has an effect on turnover intention; and (3) Burnout and job insecurity have an effect on turnover intention.
