Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja dan loyalitas karyawan di PT. Pelangi Rani Media. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian Kuantitatif dengan model korelasi. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT Pelangi Rani Media yang berjumlah 82 karyawan dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 82 orang karyawan. Analisis yang digunakan adalah SEM PLS penelitian menguji Inner model, Outer model dan hipotesis dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS 3.3.9 Hasil penelitian menyatakan: (1) Motivasi berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja (2) Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja (3) Motivasi berpengaruh terhadap Loyalitas Karyawan (4) Motivasi berpengaruh terhadap Loyalitas Karyawan. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the motivation and work discipline on job satisfaction and employee loyalty at PT. Pelangi Rani Media. This research uses quantitative research with correlation model. This research method is a survey method. The population in this study were all employees of PT Pelangi Rani Media, totaling 82 employees and the sample in this study was 82 employees. The analysis used is SEM PLS research testing the Inner model, Outer model and hypotheses using SmartPLS 3.3.9 software. The results of the study stated: (1) Motivation has an effect on job satisfaction (2) Work Discipline has an effect on Job Satisfaction (3) Motivation has an effect on Employee Loyalty (4) Motivation affects employee loyalty.
