Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Career Growth Opportunities, Remunerasi, dan Perceived Organizational Support terhadap Turnover Intention Karyawan PT Djakarta Lloyd (Persero). Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer bersifat kuantitatif yang berhubungan dengan tingkat turnover intention di PT Djakarta Lloyd (Persero). Data primer dilakukan dengan cara observasi dan penyebaran kuesioner secara langsung dengan berbagai pihak yang berkepentingan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Career Growth Opportunites, Remunerasi, dan Perceived Organizational Support terhadap Turnover Intention. Penelitian diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan untuk perusahaan logistik dan transportasi dalam melakukan evaluasi kedepannya. This research aims to know The Effect of Career Growth Opportunities, Remuneration, and Perceived Organization Support on Turnover Intention of PT Djakarta Lloyd (persero) Employee. The data used in this study uses primary data quantitative related to turnover intention in the PT Djakarta Lloyd (persero). Primary data is done by direct observation & distribution of questionnaires with the various employees in PT Djakarta Lloyd (persero). The result showed, there is the significant effect of Career Growth Opportunites, Remuneration, and Perceived Organizational Support on Turnover Intention. The research is expected to be an input for company in the Transportaion and Logistic for conducting future evaluations.
