Abstract
Setiap organisasi pada umumnya memiliki ketergantungan pada aspek sumber daya manusia. guna merencanakan, melakukan dan menentukan relisasi tujuan perusahaan. agar berjalan sesuai rencana yang diharapkan perusahaan hipotesis yang diusulkan pada penelitian ini adalah Pengaruh Efektivitas Kepemimpinan Pengembangan Karyawan & Kompensasi terhadap Keterikatan Kerja dan Turnover Intention. Subjek penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah guru biMBA di Jakarta berjumlah 100 orang menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel jenuh, Metode statistik data yang digunakan adalah aplikasi pengolah data SPSS versi 25. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan baik secara parsial maupun simultan Efektivitas Kepemimpinan Pengembangan Karyawan & Kompensasi terhadap keterikatan kerja dan Turnover intention. pada biMBA AIUEO di Jakarta. Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan, Pengembangan Karyawan & Kompensasi, Keterikatan Kerja Dan Turnover Intention Every organization in general has a dependence on the human resources aspect. in order to plan, carry out and determine the relization of the goals of the organization or company. can proceed according to the company's expected plan the hypothesis proposed in this study is the Effect of Employee Development Leadership Effectiveness & Compensation on Work Attachment and Turnover Intention. Subjek research used in this study was biMBA teachers in Jakarta totaling 100 people using questionnaires. The sampling technique in this study is saturated sample, The data statistical method used is the application of SPSS data processor version 25. The results of this study show a significant influence both partially and simultaneously the Effectiveness of Employee Development Leadership & Compensation on work attachment and Turnover intention. at biMBA AIUEO in Jakarta.
