Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of Self-Efficacy, Role Ambiguity, and Workplace Ostracism on the Tendency of Cyberloafing with Job Stress as a Moderating Variable. This research approach is quantitative with an intervening model. This research model uses a survey method. The population in this study are all judges and/or employees from the Office of the Supervisory Board of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia with certain conditions that meet the requirements as a sample of 100 people. The analysis used is SEM PLS this research tests the Inner Model, Outer Model and Hypothesis Testing using SmartPLS 4.0.0 software. The results of this study state: (1) Self-Efficacy has a significant effect on Cyberloafing Inclination, (2) Role Ambiguity has a significant effect on Cyberloafing Inclination, (3) Workplace Ostracism has no significant effect on Cyberloafing Inclination, (4) Job Stress has no significant effect on Cyberloafing Inclination Cyberloafing. Whereas for the moderating variable, (5) Self-Efficacy has no significant effect on work stress, (6) Role Ambiguity has a significant effect on Work Stress, (7) Workplace Ostracism has a significant effect on Work Stress, (8) Job Stress does not mediate Self-Efficacy on Tendency Cyberloafing, (9) Job Stress does not mediate Role Ambiguity on Cyberloafing Inclination, (10) Job Stress does not mediate Workplace Ostracism on Cyberloafing Inclination
