Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja, Disiplin Kerja, dan Etos Kerja di PT. UD Astra Motor Indonesia. Strategi penelitian ini adalah asosiatif. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode survey. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. UD Astra Motor Indonesia sebanyak 41 orang dan sampel penelitian ini adalah 41 orang diperoleh berdasarkan metode sampling jenuh. Analisis yang digunakan adalah menggunakan regresi berganda dengan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menyatakan: (1) Lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 0,192 atau 19%. (2) Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 0,014 atau 14%. (3) Etos Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 0,030 atau 30% ABSTRAC This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment, work discipline, and work ethic at PT. UD Astra Motor Indonesia. This research strategy is associative. This research method is a survey method. The population of this study were all employees of PT. UD Astra Motor Indonesia as many as 41 people and the sample of this study were 41 people who were obtained based on the saturated sampling method. The analysis used is multiple regression with SPSS software. The results of the study stated: (1) The work environment has no effect on employee performance by 0.192 or 19%. (2) Work Discipline has a significant effect on employee performance by 0.014 or 14%. (3) Work Ethics have a significant effect on employee performance by 0.030 or 30%.
