Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi, motivasi, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Kecamatan Matraman Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif pendekatan kuantitatif, penelitian dilakukan di Kantor Kecamatan Matraman Jakarta Timur dengan sampel sebanyak 47 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh yang merupakan teknik pengambilan sampel apabila seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Peneliti menggunakan Google form untuk membagikan kuesioner kepada seluruh pegawai. Metode pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan aplikasi IBM SPSS versi 25. Peneliti menguji analisis koefiien determinasi secara parsial dan simultan dan pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji t dan uji F. Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa variabel Komunikasi dan variabel Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada kantor Kecamatan Matraman Jakarta Timur, Sedangkan variabel Motivasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai kantor Kecamatan Matraman Jakarta Timur. Kata Kunci : Komunikasi, Motivasi, Lingkungan Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of communication, motivation, and work environment on employee performance at the Matraman District Office, East Jakarta. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach, the research was conducted at the Matraman District Office, East Jakarta with a sample of 47 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study used a saturated sample which is a sampling technique when the entire population is sampled. The type of data used in this study is primary data. Researchers used Google forms to distribute questionnaires to all employees. The data processing method in this study used the IBM SPSS version 25 application. The researcher tested the analysis of the coefficient of determination partially and simultaneously and tested the hypothesis by using the t test and F test. The results of this study prove that the communication variable and the work environment variable have a significant effect on employee performance at the Matraman sub-district office, East Jakarta, while the motivation variable has no significant effect on employee performance at the Matraman sub-district office in East Jakarta.
