Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, lingkungan kerja, budaya perusahaan, terhadap kepuasan kerja PT Bagus Karya Jakarta Barat. sejumlah 104 karyawan. Sampel ditentukan berdasarkan metode purposive sampling dengan rumus slovin, didapat jumlah responden sebanyak 80 karyawan sebagai sampel. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif, yang di analisis menggunakan koefisien determinasi dengan Program SPSS ( Software Product and Service Solution ) versi 26.0 dan dilakukan pengujian Hipotesis dengan Uji koefisien Determinasi, Uji t, Uji f. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menunjukkan bahwa Kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. — Budaya Perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap — Kepuasan Kerja Kompensasi, Lingkungan Kerja, Budaya Perusahaan, berpengaruh secara bersama — sama terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation, work environment, corporate culture, on job satisfaction at PT Bagus Karya West Jakarta. a total of 104 employees. The sample was determined based on the purposive sampling method with the slovin formula, obtained the number of respondents as many as 80 employees as a sample. This research is a type of guantitative research, which is analyzed using the coefficient of determination with the SPSS program (Software Product and Service Solution) version 26.0 and is tested for hypotheses with the coefficient of determination test, t test, f test. The results of this study can indicate that compensation has an effect on job satisfaction. Work Environment has an effect on Job Satisfaction. Corporate Culture has an effect on Job Satisfaction. Compensation, Work Environment, Corporate Culture, have a joint effect on Job Satisfaction.
