Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa kuat pengaruh pengembangan karir, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja pada kinerja karyawan PT. Astra Honda Motor Cikarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan strategi penelitian asosiatif kausalitas yang diukur dengan menggunakan Koefisien Determinasi dengan SPSS 20.00. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Astra Honda Motor Cikarang. Sampel ditentukan berdasarkan metode Simple Random Sampling,dengan jumlah sebanyak 83responden. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa data primer. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan analisis Koefisien Determinasi parsial dan simultan, Uji t (parsial), dan Uji F (simultan). Hasil penelitian menunjukan pengembangan karir, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, secara parsial pengembangan karir dan motvasi kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan karena mendapatkan th< ttabel (1492< 1,989) dan motivasi kerja mendapat secara parsial th<ttabel (1,677<1,989) dan sig.=0,097 > 0,05. Besarnya angka koefisien determinasi ialah sebesar 0,538 atau 53,80 %.. Angka ini berarti bahwa sebesar 53,80% Kinerja Karyawan yang dihasilkan, dapat dijelaskan dengan menggunakan variabel Pengembangan Karir(X1), Motivasi Kerja (X2) dan Disiplin Kerja (X3). Kata kunci :Pengembangan Karir, Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan This study aims to determine how strong the influence of career development, work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Astra Honda Motor Cikarang This study uses an associative causality research strategy measured by using the coefficient of determination with SPSS 20.00. The population of this study were employees of PT. Astra Honda Motor Cikarang. The sample was determined based on the Simple Random Sampling method, with a total of 83 respondents. The data used in this study are primary data. The technique of collecting data by distributing questionnaires. The analytical tool used in this research is to use the coefficient of determination partial and simultaneous analysis, t test (partial), and F test (simultaneous). The results showed that career development, work motivation and work discipline simultaneously had a significant effect on employee performance, partially career development and work motivation had no significant effect on employee performance because getting th <t table (1492 <1,989) and work motivation partially got th < t table (1.677 <1.989) and sig. = 0.097> 0.05. The amount of the coefficient of determination is 0.538 or 53.80%. This figure means that 53.80% of the resulting employee performance can be explained by using the variables of Career Development (X1), Work Motivation (X2) and Work Discipline (X3). .
