Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kinerja Keuangan Dan Ukuran Perusahaan Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Dengan Pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility Sebagai Variabel Pemoderasi pada perusahaan Sektor Industri Barang Konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian asosiatif pendekatan kuantitatif, yang diukur dengan menggunakan metoda berbasis regresi data panel dengan bantuan Software Eviews 10. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah perusahaan Sektor Industri Barang Konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2017-2020. Sampel ditentukan berdasarkan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 19 perusahaan Sektor Industri Barang Konsumsi sehingga total observasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 76 data observasi. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa data sekunder serta pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kinerja Keuanganberpengaruh positif terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dengan signifikan, Ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dengan signifikan, Corporate Social Responsibility mampu memoderasi hubungan antara Kinerja Keuangan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, dan hubungan antara Ukuran Perusahaan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan dengan adanya Corporate Social Responsibility sebagai variabel moderasi. This study aims to determine the effect of financial performance and firm size on firm value with disclosure of corporate social responsibility as a moderating variable in consumer goods industrial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses a quantitative approach associative research, which is measured using a panel data regression-based method with the help of Software Eviews 10. The population of this study is the Consumer Goods Industrial Sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2020 period. The sample was determined based on the purposive sampling method with a total sample of 19 companies in the Consumer Goods Industry Sector so that the total observations in this study were 76 observational data. The data used in this study are secondary data and hypothesis testing using t-test. The results show that financial performance has a significant positive effect on firm value, firm size has a significant effect on firm value, corporate social responsibility is able to moderate the relationship between financial performance and firm value, and the relationship between firm size and firm value has a significant effect on the existence of corporate social. Responsibility as a moderating variable.
