Abstract

ABSTRAK Turnover intention didefinisikan sebagai suatu kecenderungan atau sebuah niat yang dimiliki oleh seorang karyawan untuk keluar dari perusahaan atas dasar keinginan yang timbul dari dalam diri karyawan tersebut. Turnover intention dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor seperti beban kerja, kepuasan kerja, dan komitmen organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) pengaruh beban kerja terhadap turnover intention karyawan, 2) pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention karyawan, 3) pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap turnover intention karyawan. Penelitian dilakukan di PT. Trans Studio Mall Cibubur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, jumlah responden pada penelitian ini sebanyak 87 orang karyawan dengan menyebar kueisoner dan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengujian hipotesis yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Uji t dan Uji f untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung antar variabel dengan bantuan program SPSS 24.0 for Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bawha beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai fhitung sebesar 10,476 dengan nilai ftable adalah 2,71, dan tingkat signifikan 0,000 lebih rendah dari 0,05, dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Beban Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja, dan Komitmen Organisasi secara bersamaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention karyawan di PT. Trans Studio Mall Cibubur. ABSTRACT Turnover intention is defined as a tendency or an intention owned by an employee to leave the company on the basis of desires that comes from employees itself. Turnover intention can be influenced by several factors such as workload, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment. This study aims to determine 1) the effect of workload on employee turnover intention, 2) the effect of job satisfaction on employee turnover intention, 3) the effect of organizational commitment on employee turnover intention. The research was conducted at PT. Trans Studio Mall Cibubur. This study uses a quantitative approach, the number of respondents in this study as many as 87 employees by distributing questionnaires and using purposive sampling technique. Hypothesis testing was carried out in this study using the t-test and f-test to determine the direct effect between variables with the help of the SPSS 24.0 for Windows program. The results show that workload has a positive and insignificant effect on employee turnover intention, job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on employee turnover intention, organizational commitment has a negative and significant effect on employee turnover intention. The results showed that the fcount value of 10,476 with the ftable value of 2.71, and a significant level of 0.000 lower than 0.05, it can be concluded that the variables of Workload, Job Satisfaction, and Organizational Commitment simultaneously have a significant effect on the Turnover Intention of employees at PT. Trans Studio Mall Cibubur.
