Abstract

STRATEGI SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA PADA PERGURUAN TINGGI SWASTA DI INDONESIA DALAM MENGHARAPI ERA PERUBAHAN ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengdentifikasi dan mengetahui implementasi dari strategi sumber daya manusia yang dilakukan oleh perguruan tinggi swasta di Indonesia dalam menghadapi era perubahan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang bersumber dari publikasi serta dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode arsip (Archive Method). Penelitian ini menyarankan tipologi strategi perguruan tinggi swasta di Indonesia dengan menggunakan Stucture of Human Resource Strategy in Private Higher Education. Penelitian ini memperoleh 200 berita dan 50 jurnal yang telah disimpulkan kedalam 12 strategi sumber daya manusia yaitu career development, reward & compensation, employee welfare, spiritual development, mentoring & coaching, reskilling & upskilling, good university governance, knowledge transfer, government support, collaboration, staff mobility, dan technopark. Penelitian ini diharapkan mampu memberikan gambaran mengenai strategi sumber daya manusia yang diterapkan oleh perguruan tinggi swasta di Indonesia dalam menghadapi era perubahan. Kata kunci : Strategi Sumber Daya Manusia, Era Perubahan, Perguruan Tinggi Swasta, Career Development. HUMAN RESOURCE STRATEGY IN INDONESIA’S PRIVATE HIGHER EDUCATION IN FACING AN ERA OF CHANGE ABSTRACT This study aims to identify and determine the implementation of human resource strategies that being held by private universities in Indonesia in term of facing the era of change. This study uses a descriptive approach. The type of data used in this study is secondary data sourced from publications and collected using the archival method. This study suggests a typology of strategies for private universities in Indonesia using the Structure of Human Resource Strategy in Private Higher Education. The results of this study obtained as many as 200 news and 50 journals that being concluded into 12 human resource strategies. There are career development, reward & compensation, employee welfare, spiritual development, mentoring & coaching, reskilling & upskilling, good university governance, knowledge transfer, government support, collaboration. , staff mobility, and technopark. This study expected to be able to provide an overview of human resource strategies, that being held by private universities in Indonesia in term of facing the era of change.
