Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja, kompensasi, dan kemampuan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Bank BNI Pejompongan divisi sentra pemrosesan kredit konsumer. Jenis penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif & korelasional. Populasi khususnya adalah Karyawan PT Bank BNI di seluruh Indonesia dan populasi umumnya adalah karyawan PT Bank BNI Divisi Sentra Pemrosesan Kredit Konsumer. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling, jumlah sampel sebanyak 103 karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner yang telah di uji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis yang digunakan adalah koefisien determinasi menggunakan program SPSS versi 25.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, variabel Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, variabel Kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, dan variabel Kemampuan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Secara simultan bahwa variabel Disiplin Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Kompensasi, dan Kemampuan Kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Kata kunci : Disiplin Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Kompensasi, Kemampuan Kerja, dan Kinerja Karyawan. This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, work environment, compensation, and work ability on employee performance at PT Bank BNI Pejompongan, the division of consumer credit processing centers. The type of research in this research is descriptive & correlational. The population in particular is employees of PT Bank BNI throughout Indonesia and the general population is employees of PT Bank BNI in the Consumer Credit Processing Center Division. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling, the number of samples is 103 employees. Data collection techniques using questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The analysis used is the coefficient of determination using the SPSS version 25.0 program. The results showed that the work discipline variable had an effect on employee performance, the work environment variable had an effect on employee performance, the compensation variable had an effect on employee performance, and the work ability variable had no effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, the variables of Work Discipline, Work Environment, Compensation, and Work Ability together have an effect on Employee Performance.
