Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh quality of work life, motivasi kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja perawat Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Tebet Soepomo Jakarta Selatan. Strategi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah strategi asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh perawat Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Tebet Soepomo Jakarta Selatan. Teknik pengumpulan sampel menggunakan metode non probability samplingdengan sampling jenuh, jumlah sampel sebanyak 60 perawat. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner yang telah di uji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis yang digunakan adalah koefisien determinasi menggunakan program SPSS versi 25.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Quality of Work Life berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, variabel Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dan variabel Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Secara simultan bahwa variabel Quality of Work Life, Motivasi Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Kata kunci : Quality of Work Life, Motivasi Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi dan Kepuasan Kerja ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of quality of work life, work motivation and commitment on job satisfaction of nurses at the Tebet Soepomo Regional General Hospital, South Jakarta. The strategy used in this study is an associative strategy with a quantitative approach. The population of this study were all nurses at the Tebet Soepomo Regional General Hospital, South Jakarta. The sample collection technique used non-probability sampling method with saturated sampling, the number of samples was 60 nurses. Data collection techniques using questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The analysis used is the coefficient of determination using the SPSS version 25.0 program. The results showed that the Quality of Work Life variable had an effect on work goals, the work motivation variable had an effect on work goals and the commitment variable had an effect on work goals. Simultaneously, the variables of Quality of Work Life, Work Motivation and Organizational Commitment simultaneously affect work goals.
