Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh self-efficacy, motivasi dan social support terhadap burnout akademik pada mahasiswa pada perkuliahan online di masa pandemi covid-19. Strategi dalam penelitian ini yaitu memakai pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode survey yang merupakan sumber data dan informasi yang didapat peneliti diperoleh dari responden yang mengisi kuesioner yang dibagikan. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Partial Least Squares (PLS) melalui program SmartPLS versi 3.3.9 dan dianalisis dengan outer model dan inner model. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah segenap mahasiswa-mahasiswi Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Indonesia Jakarta Jurusan Manajemen angkatan 2018, 2019 dan 2020 sebanyak 924 mahasiswa, dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 100 mahasiswa yang ditentukan menggunakan rumus slovin dengan tingkat kesalahan 10%. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Self-efficacy berpengaruh positif terhadap Burnout akademik, (2) Motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap Burnout akademik, (3) Social support tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Burnout akademik, (4) variabel Self-effiacy, Motivasi dan Social support berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Burnout akademik. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy, motivation and social support on academic burnout in students in online lectures during the COVID-19 pandemic. The strategy in this research is to use a quantitative approach and the research method used is a survey method where the source of data and information obtained by researchers is obtained from respondents who fill out the questionnaires distributed. The analytical tool used in this study is Partial Least Squares (PLS) with the SmartPLS version 3.3.9 program and analyzed with the outer model and innermodel. The population in this study were all students of the Indonesian College of Economics, Jakarta, Management Department, batch 2018, 2019 and 2020, as many as 924 students, with a research sample of 100 students who were determined using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 10%. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Self-efficacy has a positive effect on academic burnout, (2) motivation has a positive effect on academic burnout, (3) social support has no significant effect on academic burnout, (4) self-efficacy, motivation and Social support has a simultaneous effect on academic burnout
