Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kepemimpinan, kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja karyawan PT Mutiara Sentral Timur. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT Mutiara Sentral Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Objek penelitian ini adalah PT. Mutiara Sentral Timur.Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 80 responden, yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Metode yang dianalisis menggunakan Analisis Linier Berganda, Koefisien Determinasi, Uji T, Uji F. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuisioner dan olah data melalui SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1. Kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan kerja.Artinya semakin baik kepemimpinan maka semakin baik pula kepuasan karyawan, 2. Variabel Kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Artinya semakin tinggi kompensasi maka semakin tinggi kepuasan karyawan, 3. Variabel Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kompensasi. Artinya semakin bagus lingkungan kerja maka semakin tinggi kepuasan karyawan. This study aims to determine whether leadership, compensation and work environment affect employee job satisfaction at PT Mutiara Sentral Timur. This research was conducted at PT Mutiara Sentral Timur. This study uses an associative type with a quantitative approach. The object of this research is PT. Pearl of the East Central. The number of samples in this study were 80 respondents, who were selected using a purposive sampling technique. The methods were analyzed using Multiple Linear Analysis, Coefficient of Determination, T-Test, F-Test. Data collection techniques used the questionnaire method and data processing through SPSS 22. The results showed that: 1. Leadership has a significant effect on job satisfaction. This means that the better the leadership, the better the employee satisfaction, 2. Compensation variables have a significant effect on job satisfaction. This means that the higher the compensation, the higher the employee satisfaction, 3. The work environment variable has a significant effect on compensation. This means that the better the work environment, the higher the employee satisfaction.
