Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja, kelelahan kerja, dan kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap niat ingin keluar tenaga Kesehatan di puskesmas kecamatan Kelapa Gading pada masa pandemi covid-19. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh tenaga Kesehatan yang bertugas di puskesmas kecamatan Kelapa Gading yang berjumlah 92 orang dengan jumlah sampel 55 orang tenaga Kesehatan. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian survey, Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan alat kuesioner dengan skala likert. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis partial least squares data processing (SEM) dengan program PLS 3.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa Stres kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat ingin keluar, Burnout (kelelahan kerja) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat ingin keluar dan kualitas kehidupan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat ingin keluar tenaga Kesehatan di puskesmas kecamatan Kelapa Gading. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of work stress, work fatigue, and quality of work life on the intention to leave health workers at the Kelapa Gading sub-district health center during the covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach method. The population in this study were all health workers on duty at the Kelapa Gading sub-district health center totaling 92 people with a total sample of 55 health workers. Collecting data in this study using survey research methods, data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. This study uses partial least squares data processing (SEM) analysis with the PLS program 3.0. The results of this study stated that job stress had no significant effect on the intention to leave, Burnout (work fatigue) had a significant effect on the intention to leave and the quality of work life had a significant effect on the intention to leave health workers at the Kelapa Gading sub-district health center
