Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada Puskesmas Kecamatan Pulogadung Jakarta Timur. Strategi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian assosiatif kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini adalah karyawan Puskesmas Kecamatan Pulogadung Jakarta Timur. Sampel ditentukan berdasarkan metode Purposive Sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Alat analisis yang digunakan penelitian ini yaitu Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan program SmartPLS versi 3.3.9 dan dievaluasi outer model dan inner model. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada Puskesmas Kecamatan Pulogadung, (2) motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada Puskesmas Kecamatan Pulogadung, (3) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada Puskesmas Kecamatan Pulogadung. . This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, work motivation and work environment on employee job satisfaction at the Pulogadung District Health Center, East Jakarta. The strategy used in this research is quantitative associative research with survey method. The population and sample of this study were employees of the Pulogadung District Health Center, East Jakarta. The sample was determined based on the purposive sampling method, with a total sample of 100 respondents. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The analytical tool used in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS) with the SmartPLS version 3.3.9 program and evaluated the outer model and inner model. The results of this study indicate that (1) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the Pulogadung sub-district health center, (2) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the Pulogadung district health center, (3) the work environment has a positive and significant effect. on employee job satisfaction at the Pulogadung sub-district health center.
